At Esteve i Ferron winery you can find artisanal wines and beers with limited production. Located in Sant Sadurní D’Anoia, Catalonia, the main goal of this winery is to offer exclusive products that innovate in the production methodology of wine, while keeping their high standards. One of their well known examples is their amphorae wine, Tracia.
Harvest is a manual process at Esteve i Ferron winery, where they only select the best grapes manually, first in the vineyards and later in the cellar. Esteve i Ferron currently sell their final products mostly in Spain and Germany but are willing to open market in other countries.
This small winery produces certified organic wines, with controlled farming and using no pesticides. Some of the products that you will find at Estevei Ferron cellar are white wines produced out of red grapes or wine aged in jars of clay.
Tracia is a really special white wine as it ages in amphorae jars and its produced only with Xarel•lo grapes. The aromas are intensified during the aging process in the jar with flavours that remind of nuts and some herbal hints. This wine is better served between 6-8ºC
Ebetze is a white wine that is harvested during the night only. Although being a white wine, Ebetze is produced with Pinot Noir grapes. The result is a white wine with straw like colour and some green highlights. When tasting this wine, the intensity of its flavour reminds of floral flavours and a hint of acidity. This wine should be served between 6-8ºC.
